Cultivating Peace Beyond the Session

In our sessions together, we work towards making you feel more grounded and at peace. But healing doesn't have to stop when you leave the room. I want to help you build a Wellness Toolbox - a collection of practices, rituals, and sensory comforts that you can reach for whenever life feels out of balance. Imagine a literal box. When the world feels heavy or your energy feels scattered, what can you pull out to find your center again?

What's in your toolbox?

Everyone's "tools" look different. To help you get started, try categorizing them by how they help you feel:

  • The Grounding Tools (The Roots): These help you feel safe and present.

Examples: A heavy blanket, a short walk in the grass, holding a warm mug of tea, or a 5 - minute grounding meditation.

  • The Clearing Tools (The Sap): These help move stagnant energy and release stress.

Examples: A favorite playlist, an essential oil diffuser, Polarity exercises, or breathwork.

  • The Restorative Tools (The Branches): These help you reach a state of deep rest and expansion.

Examples: A 10-minute Restorative Yoga pose using pillows from your bed, a Reiki self-treatment, or journaling.

Build Your Toolbox With Me

During our sessions, we can identify which "tools" resonate most with your body. My goal is to send you home not just feeling relaxed but equipped with the knowledge to recreate that peace whenever you need it most.
